RTAs joining YTB after March 31, 2007 will have two weeks after their enrollment date to register for $100 per person. After the 2-week period, stated registration fees apply.

Coach has announced a Registration Special for Reps/RTAs joining YTB as of August 1, 2007 and for guests of all Reps/RTAs. Admission is FREE upon completion of this downloadable REGISTRATION FORM, which must be turned in to the Coach's August 1st Registration Special area at the Onsite Registration at the Convention Center.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

AT THE DOOR: You may purchase tickets at the Registration Booth FOR $200 PER PERSON.

Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

National Convention Credentials: If you registered online (Online registration closes Friday, August 3, 2007) your personalized Name Badge and Boarding Pass will be mailed to you. Please bring these credentials with you in order to pick up your Flight Bag at the Baggage Claim. These credentials are your "ticket" needed for access to all General Sessions and Breakout Training Seminars.

If you register at the event, or forget your personalized registration packet, you will be directed to line up at the OnSite Registration area to complete your registration.

OTHER EVENTS REGISTRATION: Your National Convention Name Badge will gain you entry into the YTB University classes on Wednesday and Thursday.

  REGISTRATION NOTES

1. NATIONAL CONVENTION TICKET: This Registration process is for the event TICKET only, and does not include hotel accommodations for your stay in St. Louis.
2. RTA ID NUMBER: An RTA may purchase additional registrations for family, guests, and friends by listing their names on the online registration page. There is no maximum number of people who can be added to the RTA's online registration.
3. INCLUSIONS: Registration for the National Convention includes the following: Name Badge (your “ticket” for events,) entry to all General Sessions and your choice of any of the YTB University classes and the National Convention Welcome Packet. You may pick up your Welcome Packet at the Registration Booth during times posted.
4. REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
   and must be paid by credit card only. In the event that a credit card charge is denied for any reason, the purchaser will be contacted by email and allowed five days to submit a new payment.
5. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:  You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. If you do not receive that email confirmation within 24 hours of your online registration, please call RTA Support. Please bring a copy of your confirmation with you to the Registration Booth during the times posted.
6. SCHEDULE CHANGES: Times and descriptions of various sessions of the National Convention Agenda are subject to change without notice.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A SEPARATE CONFIRMATION FROM YOUR HOTEL.
