The first ever
"First Class" event in Canada was held
Saturday, September 20 in Toronto. The
"sneak peek" of YTB's First Class
training was presented to approximately
500 enthusiastic
Reps/RTAs
by YTB Directors Juliet St. John, Arlyne
Thompson,
and Preston
and Jane Blair. Also attending were

"As the
first and only director in Canada I hope some of what I write will inspire others to rise to the top.
It is both amazing and inspiring to know that within our first year with YTB that exactly 3000 people would join our team.
That would not have been possible without tremendous leaders on our team, an excited energy regarding the possibilities, and of
course a great company and concept for us to promote.
Even though we were competing against
the LAST summer weekend in Canada, the
First Class "Sneak Peek" drew an awesome
and enthusiastic crowd. People were not
only hungry to learn but took diligent
notes so they could train those who
missed it. Having the other Directors
come and join us helped a lot of people
put a face to the names from stories
they had heard. The group was quite
pleased with that!
I always tell my team "Not everyone who goes to meetings/trainings makes money, but everyone who makes money goes to the meetings/trainings."
So if you don't participate you are sabotaging your business. We can't wait until the
official First Class comes back to Canada. Even though I
am the only director so far in Canada, many talented people are emerging and these trainings will
absolutely accelerate their learning curve." |

PASSPORT TO GIVING TRAININGS |

Passport to Giving Trainings
With so much new material now presented in the Passport to Giving program, we encourage any RTA previously certified under the Association Program (now known as the Passport to Giving Program) to take a refresher class at any live location free of charge. (This refresher class is not a requirement to remain certified.)
|
Many non-profits today are looking for a new way to
fundraise and we have the answer! Forget the candy or bake
sales and clunker car programs; travel is the ultimate
fundraiser! Our innovative program provides non-profit
organizations
a dramatically different way to raise funds for their
organization.
By enrolling a non-profit in this unique program, the
organization is provide a "private label" YTB travel
website customized with their organization name and log.
The website is then promoted to the organizations'
supporters and members to use when booking their personal
or business travel. (We can also assist the organization
in organizing group travel events for their supporters).
As supporters use the organization's travel website, the
organization receives 60% of the travel commissions earned
by YTB, paid as royalties.

The RTA who sponsors the
non-profit receives a 10% override of the travel
commissions generated by the non-profit and a $300 signing
bonus (60% of the sign-up fee)!
Passport To Giving can raise thousands of dollars per year
for an organization because they have a large number of
supporters that will generate travel bookings! Examples of
appropriate organizations include service, fraternal,
health, alumni, political, environ-mental, charity,
religious (including churches), and educational
organizations.
There are 1.5 million non-profits in the U.S. that need
our program! If you want to help non-profits and create a
consistent stream of income for your YTB business, come

SCHEDULE
The training formerly known as CRTA (or RTA Certification) is now known
as
YTB "First Class!"
We are proud to make this change
effective immediately. It represents a change to the name and
some course content only, providing updates and an enhanced
Powerpoint presentation that has been developed over the past few
months. This does not change the way YTB Reps or RTAs conduct
business. If you have previously attended a CRTA training, you
are welcome to attend a First Class session,
however the content has not significantly changed.
Directors will be teaching your
YTB "First Class" courses -
these field leaders will share the knowledge and experience they
have gained on their way to outstanding YTB success. Remember what Coach says: "To be a success, find a successful person and
follow their plan!"
If you haven't attended a
YTB "First Class," plan to do so
soon!
