Keith Hipp will soon celebrate one year with YTB. He joined in June, 2005 and already has a very impressive team of 585 members! Keith has worked for the federal government for the past 15 years, and also owns a beauty salon. Both careers have afforded him the opportunity to interact with many people on a daily basis.

Keith has called Accokeek, MD home for the last five years. He tells us, “I have been in network marketing for over 20 years and have been very successful in the industry. I worked with several different companies over that period of time that sold such things as long distance services, cosmetics, water filters, etc. What makes YTB stand out above the rest, is that I do not have to persuade people to join YTB – the product speaks for itself. I believe that one of the greatest attributes of YTB is that the market is not saturated. This is the first time that I am involved with a great company on the ground floor. A lot of people have not yet heard of YTB - giving us a fresh start at a GREAT opportunity!"

A very determined and excited group of individuals makes up Keith’s PowerTeam. They are driven to create their own PowerTeams and earn the $1,000 LeaderShip and the $10,000 DreamBonuses. Keith states, “For a while I became stretched while attempting to help everyone on the team with everything. But when I focused on my PowerTeam, I found their determination to succeed with their goals fueled the momentum that helped make the $10,000 bonus possible.”

What kind of response do you get from new prospects?  “If only I could count the number of people who tell me “this is a no brainer!”  Most people cannot believe that you can become an RTA for under $500. If you have been in the network marketing industry before, then it is the compensation plan that generates a lot of excitement. I have had several prospects tell me that “this is the best compensation plan I have ever seen in network marketing.”  And when I am asked to give the downside – I honestly have nothing to say. Where can you work, and not be able to think of one downside to the company?”


KEITH HIPP

Do you host any special events (vacation parties, opportunity meetings, etc.) to build your team?  “We hold two weekly meetings in Maryland on Wednesday and Thursday, and we have travel parties going on any day of the week. We regularly have 10-20 travel parties going on at the same time over the weekend, and quite often go to other states to conduct them. We conduct team motivational calls each week, and recently began to host a bi-weekly call for PowerTeam leaders. Once a month we hold new member training, and we hold a banquet each quarter to recognize team members who reach different levels. They are provided with pins, plaques, and trophies.”

Are there any specific team members you would want to recognize?  "First, I want to thank GOD for blessing me with this opportunity. This blessing has helped me help others, and has allowed me to meet wonderful people and form new friendships. When running a business, you need to identify leaders in your organization. You are able to accomplish so much more with teamwork than you can with only your own recruiting efforts. I would like to thank all the leaders on our team with a special recognition to Antoinette (Ann) Jones, Kevin King, Al Peltier, Phyllis Jones, and Deborah King. Their leadership has been instrumental in the rapid growth of our team. Putting our team together was the beginning and helping others grow their YTB travel and marketing businesses is our primary focus that keeps us together while on the road to success. Our organization is completely focused on teamwork. This teamwork can be summed up in five short words… 'we believe in each other.'"

Any insights or helpful hints you would like to pass along to others?  “You must make time to help and sponsor those whom you refer to the business. Learn and understand their reason for joining YTB. Help your new RTA/IMR establish goals. This will help avoid unmet expectations. Remember, you cannot earn a six figure income if you work your business like a hobby. Once team members establish and understand their goals, help them achieve their dreams through motivation – this will help your new recruit take their business to another level.”

How do you feel your YTB business will impact your future?  “YTB has given me financial freedom and has placed me in the driver’s seat of my destiny. It has afforded me the option to say when I am ready to stop working 9-5. One of the most important things is that I can see where YTB will provide me time freedom – that is, being able to sleep as long as I want, spend more time with family and friends, and take more vacations!!!”

IMPORTANT VENDOR PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

YTB Travel Network continues to grow and book travel as never before!  It is very important for RTAs to follow payment procedure for vendor direct travel reservations/bookings.  When sending funds to YTB for a vendor direct reservation/booking,
please follow these rules:

 Send cashier’s check or money order only.

  Do not send personal checks to YTB as they can take up to 21 business days to clear.

  RTA or your client must not send personal checks to any vendor.  Please allow 10-14 business days for vendor to receive YTB agency check.

  If vendor direct booking requires a YTB agency check to be sent overnight, you must also include a cashier’s check or money order in the amount of $25.00 to cover the cost of the expedited shipping.  You may also provide YTB with your own shipper number if you choose.

How Do I Qualify for the $1,000 Leadership Bonus?

Once you qualify to start your PowerTeam, you have unlimited time to earn your $1,000 Leadership Bonuses.  The first is earned when the total active On-Line Travel Agencies sold by your PowerTeam reaches 6 or more at the end of any weekly pay cycle (12 Midnight Thursday Eastern Time Zone). LeaderShip Bonuses will be paid WEEKLY on Friday of the following week for any Pay Cycle where the Active PowerTeam Enrolled RTA total reaches 6, 12, 18, 24 or 30.  We hope to see YOUR name on the LeaderShip Bonus list very soon!
