YTB 2.0

Bigger. Stronger. Superior in every way.

The new YTB is here, and we know you have some questions. Here’s a quick Q and A to help you get the most out of YTB 2.0!

Logistics
1. How do I use the new Web sites?
As a Rep, you will use two main Web sites—the Preview Site and the Associate Site.

The Preview Site can be accessed by going to—www.ytb.com/userid. This is where you send prospective Travel Site Owners to find out more information and to purchase an Internet Travel Center.

The Associate Site can be accessed by going to http://marketing.ytb.com/userid. Here prospects can find more information about the Associate Referral Program and register if they choose.

When someone enters their email address to access either site, we’ll notify you that a prospect is interested via email. That way you can follow-up with them and answer any questions they may have.

2. How do I log in to my Rep Back Office?

A Rep can access their Back Office one of two ways—click on “Rep Login” in the upper right hand corner of the Associate Site or simply go to http://my.ytb.com.

3. How would an Associate log in to their Back Office?

An Associate can access their Back Office one of two ways—click on “Associate Login” in the upper right hand corner of the Associate Site or simply go to http://associate.ytb.com.

4. What is the difference between an Associate and a Rep?
YTB Associates will not take part in the sales process or the registering of Associates. That’s the job of our qualified PowerTeam Leaders, or Reps. This new structure will not only allow our PowerTeam Leaders to be more successful, but it also makes our business stronger. Now, there’s no pressure on our Associates to present the business, and they have time to learn about YTB before deciding whether or not they want to become Reps after their qualified PowerTeam Leader makes three Internet Travel Center sales to their referrals. Associates receive $50 for each of their referrals who purchase an Internet Travel Center. The Direct Sale commission will not be paid on sales made on behalf of an Associate

5. How should I work with my Associates?

When a prospect registers as an Associate, the first thing you want to do is set up an in-person or telephone appointment. During that appointment, talk to them about the product you’re selling, answer their questions and make a list of their contacts they think would be interested in either purchasing an exciting home-based business or registering as an Associate. Also, be sure to get the preferred method of contact for each prospect.

When speaking to a prospect on behalf of an Associate, be sure to give them the Web site URL with your Associate’s referral code—not your user id. Then, follow-up with those prospects to either close the sale or get them registered as an Associate depending on their interest! Remember you can also send them an email with the link to the site that includes the Associates referral code.

Compensation and Team Structure
6. Who is a Qualified PowerTeam Leader?

A qualified PowerTeam Leader is someone who is qualified to override by having three active Internet Travel Centers sold or referred by them and has signed the Rep Agreement.

7. What is the compensation when a qualified PowerTeam Leader sells an Internet Travel Center on behalf of an Associate?
The qualified PowerTeam Leader receives the $50 PowerTeam commission and the sale counts toward their next $1,000 Leadership Bonus and the $10,000 Bonus.

8. What happens if I lose my qualified to override status?
Losing your qualified to override status means you are not eligible to earn override compensation, but you can still personally sell Internet Travel Centers and receive the $50 Direct Sale commission as well as register new Associates

9. Is there a difference between a Rep and PowerTeam Leader?
When an Associate elects to be a Rep (after their qualified PowerTeam Leader has sold at least three Internet Travel Centers from their referrals), he/she is a PowerTeam Leader. The first person they register as an Associate begins their PowerTeam, and as long as they remain Qualified to Override the first personal sale they make will compensate them a $50 Direct Sale Commission plus the $50 PowerTeam Commission for a total of $100.

10. What happens if one of my Associates doesn’t want to be a Rep?
An Associate is never obligated to become a Rep. YTB will continue to send them $50 for every sale made by their PowerTeam Leader from their contact list.

11. How does the Fast Start Bonus work?
If an Associate elects to become a Rep, they have 14 days from the time the third sale is made by their PowerTeam Leader to make three personal sales. In addition to earning $100 for each sale, they are paid a $500 Bonus! If they do this in the first 2 weeks, they earn a total of $800!

Presentations
The most important thing to remember when presenting the Associate Referral Program or the Travel Site Owner opportunity is these are two distinct opportunities and must be presented separately.

When making a presentation, you should decide what your intent is. If it is to sell Internet Travel Centers, then you can only talk about the Travel Site Owner opportunity. If your intent is to register new Associates, you can only talk about the Associate Referral Program. However, you can explain the features and benefits of the Internet Travel Center that Associates will be referring, but you can not ask them to purchase an Internet Travel Center at that meeting since your purpose was to register them as Associates.

12. Can I advertise for a Travel Site Owner opportunity meeting while presenting the Associate Referral Program or vice versa?

No. You must advertise your meetings separately.

13. If I am also a Travel Site Owner, can I have a party promoting travel sales and also offer the same opportunity to those in attendance?
If you are hosting a party to sell travel from your personal Internet Travel Center, you may also discuss the Travel Site Owner opportunity only if you are also a qualified PowerTeam Leader. However, you may not mention the Associate Referral Program or the Rep opportunity at this presentation/party.
