• What if I am booking this rental to coincide with a flight I had already purchased and my flight is delayed?

If you know your flight information prior to your rental purchase, it is strongly recommended that you enter your flight info when booking so that the airline can alert the staff that your flight has been delayed and to keep your rental available. Without notice that you flight is delayed, the staff will assume that you are just failing to pick the car up and may return your rental to the inventory and a failure to pickup fee may be charged.

If you did not give your flight info when booking, you’ll need to call the rental company as soon as you find out that your flight will be delayed. In most cases, delays are announced before departure which allows ample time to contact the rental company to alert them you will still be picking the car up. If the delay causes your flight to land after company hours, the rental company can often times arrange a staff member to stay and wait for you or arrange a rental to be waiting for you at a 24 hour location.

• Why are credit cards the only form of payment?

Debit/Check cards are not acceptable forms of payment due to the fact that most Debit Cards have daily spending limits which can deny your rental purchase. Rental companies often hold varying amounts on your credit card as assurance that your payment will go through in the event that you need to keep the rental longer or have to drop the car off in a different location and unfortunately; these charges are frequently denied with Debit/Check cards.

• My pick-up time is going to be after the rental desk is closed. What do I do?

• What does “-or similar” mean in reference to car type?

Each car type will have an example model of a vehicle so that you can best make your purchase based on the size a capacity that you need. “Or similar” means that although that particular car is offered, you may receive a car similar in size and capacity based on that location’s inventory. Car types are not guaranteed unless verified by calling your rental location directly.
